The concept for Spring Creek Mountain village emphasizes the natural beauty of the land with attention to the development of streamside pathways, central medians with trees, pedestrian creek crossings, playgrounds, alpine courtyards and plazas with water features.

The project will will preserve and enhance existing green space by keeping buildings well back from the creeks that flow past the property on two sides.
