GLACIER ROCK LODGE
Glacier Rock Lodge was our first residential building to break ground. All the main residential units in Glacier Rock Lodge are now sold out. We do, however have two of our unique Live/Work Studios still available in this building. Occupancies are slated for March 2008.
We were, of course, very pleased when Foothills Hospital Home Lottery purchased a Glacier Rock Lodge unit as a prize in their lottery. We are also excited to have Virginia Hemingson open her art gallery in one of the Live/Work studios - a real asset to our building!
RUNDLE CLIFFS LODGE
Recently Spring Creek Mountain Village offered units for sale in our third building Rundle Cliffs Lodge. Many of you have stopped in for information and have made a purchase already. The result is that we are already 75% SOLD as of this month. Given such an active pace of sales, you'll have to act quickly if you want to secure your piece of paradise with a deposit on a unit in this excusive builiding.
